The GCSA team consists of hardworking and passionate individuals that are committed to youth development in the Gaston County community. We are always looking for great additions to our team who share a mutual passion for improving the lives of youth through basketball.
VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES
With the growing nature of the GCSA family, we rely on our wonderful volunteers to help create a valuable experience for all of those involved. From high school students to grandparents, our volunteers are the heart of this organization.
Creating and maintaining a culture of excellence requires passionate leaders who exemplify these traits continuously to our athletes and families. Our volunteer staff assists in various responsibilities, from greeting guests to assisting with practices.
The volunteer program is designed to provide real world experiences to individuals aspiring to become professionals in the sports industry, or individuals who seek community involvement.
Volunteering is not just an experience, it’s a calling. Our volunteers help us to continue our mission in a way that the program can
